Your applicants get a 2nd chance. HSH will place your declined applicants in rentals, lease options or lease purchase (“rent-to-own”) arrangements. On rentals, we give them a 2nd chance to show us they can “pay-on-time” for 12 months and build a good payment history prior to converting to a purchase or applying for a home loan. Also, our program includes a special document they can use with any potential landlord or seller. Not only will this document significantly raise the chances of approval, it can also be presented to real estate agents as well to help with their search.
HSH offers Credit Counseling & Re-Establishment Assistance. We counsel and educate your client on how to best address and tackle their credit issues so that they can fix them themselves without having to always part with their money and give it to a credit repair company in hopes they don’t get ripped off. Credit Counseling and Re-Establishment is a far better system where your client is educated and empowered to address credit challenges with the best possible approach. This way YOUR CLIENT can do it themselves and save their money. Also, credit repair companies don’t focus on re-establishing credit which is 35% of an overall credit profile. We also show them how to get access to a licensed attorney to assist them with credit issues that may require an attorney to resolve. Lastly, we show them how to be protected from Identity Theft.
HSH helps applicants re-establish credit. We will help them set up 3 credit cards WHICH MUST BE PAID ON-TIME and advise clients to avoid having balances greater than 30% of the credit line (which is key to improving credit scores).
Applicants will receive information on how to get Down Payment Assistance and Rental Credits.
HSH will assist applicants with getting set up for free credit monitoring. This way, we can “stay on top” of credit issues and challenges and address challenges in as timely a manner as possible.
RESPA Compliant Consultation Fee Program. How so? HSH requires applicants to contract for a rent-to-own home or a rental. RESPA DOES NOT APPLY TO RENTALS. Our fee is RESPA compliant and IS NOT an “advance loan fee” arrangement.
Our Home Ownership Program requires a $100 deposit to get started. Cost of the program is $500. Payments are permitted if needed. This program is worth every penny!
